- A motorcyclist has died after a “serious collision” with a car on the A38 Taunton Road in Bridgwater today (Sunday, August 4).
- Police were called to the scene by the ambulance service at 9.30am.
- The road was closed from the Huntworth Business Park roundabout to the Showground Road/Stockmoor Drive roundabout. It has since re-opened.
- The man's family are being supported by a trained family liaison officer.
