A MAN accused of dangerous driving after a collision on the A36 at Frome has elected to stand trial at Taunton Crown Court.
Matthew Pym, 42, of Ashtree Road, Frome, appeared in the dock before magistrates at Yeovil.
The court was told that the alleged incident had been captured on a dashcam where he was said to have performed an undertaking manoeuvre, colliding with both a lorry and another vehicle.

The case against the defendant was adjourned until August 27 when he must appear at a preliminary hearing at the crown court.
Taunton Crown Court is currently sitting at North Somerset Magistrates Court while “extensive renovations” are carried out at Shire Hall.
In the meantime he was given unconditional bail.
