Artist and designer Lisa Todd has created an installation in the Wells Cathedral for the prestigious Wells Art Contemporary Exhibition which is now underway.
The piece, called 'Indawo Enkuthula' meaning 'Peaceful Space', is a series of banners woven in South Africa using recycled waste products.
It has been made up of a number of banners designed from Ms Todd's work.
Ms Todd's work is traditional tapestry which showcases joy, peace and the power of Ubuntu a Zulu word meaning ‘I am because you are’
Wells Cathedral Shop will also stock Ms Todd's other creations such as greeting cards, handwoven wire angels, and bowls.
The exhibition runs until August 31.
