A NEW 'motorbike coffee house' has announced it will open in Somerset later this month.
Quickshifter Coffee will open the doors to its new venue - Garage Six - in Wells, at 7:30am on Monday, August 19, just behind Screwfix at Unit 6, The Sidings.
The company is the brainchild of Andy, an ex-Royal Marine turned electrician, and Laura, a full-time sports teacher and mental health first aider, who both share a love for motorbike racing and coffee.
In an announcement on Facebook, Laura explained how the new coffee house is open to absolutely anyone.
"To our lovely Wells community, a new Coffee House is opening in Wells," she said.
"Quickshifter Coffee will be open on Monday, August 19, and Andy and Laura will be opening the doors at 7:30 am for those early birds on the way to work.
"Although we are a coffee brand catered towards motorbikes, we have plenty of space inside for cyclists, dog walkers and everyone is welcome.
"Follow us on our socials or website for more details.
"We are very much looking forward to meeting you all soon."
The Wells venue will serve as a spot for locals and visitors to drink coffee, and also take it home if they choose, as the company sells three different blends in addition to convenient 'One Cup Coffee Bags', as well as motorbike merchandise.
