Sessions start at 10:30am. The garden shop will be open and the tearoom will serve tea, coffee, light lunches and cakes.

Head gardener of Yeo Valley, Sarah Mead, organised the event.

“As a nation of gardeners, we could all be a bit kinder to our green spaces and organic principles can really help with this," she said.

"Small changes can really make a big impact. In honour of Organic September, we’ve invited a wide range of speakers covering a feast of gardening topics so people can learn a lot from each of the sessions and showcase the joy gardening can bring.”

The Yeo Valley Organic Garden is an ornamental garden which features edible plants in a seasonal patchwork that has been constantly evolving over the past three decades.
