Children are being urged to take part in this year's Mayor of Frome's Christmas card competition.
Andy Jones is encouraging youngsters to come up with creative designs for the 2024 card, centred around the theme 'Winter Woodland'.
The aim is to celebrate and protect the winter woodland and wildlife, with a Christmas twist.
He said: "Every year we are inundated with the most fantastic artistic creations, and I just know I am going to be in awe of the range of imaginative and inspiring offerings this year.
"It’s going to be tough to choose."
The winning design will be used for the mayor's Christmas card, which is sent to various organisations and individuals.
It is open to all school-age children in Frome up to the age of 12, with prizes for the top three entries.
Entries should be posted to, or dropped off at, Frome Town Hall, with the child's name, age, and school.
The closing date is 5pm on Friday, October 25, 2024.
For full guidelines, visit the Frome Town Council website.
This year's card will be sent as both an e-card and in the more traditional format.
It is a chance for children to showcase their artistic talents.
