THE Premier Supply Stores in Queen Camel has been sold to an 'existing operator' in a deal facilitated by Kings Business.
Conveniently located on the high street in the picturesque village, near Yeovil, the well-established convenience store was established in 1988.
Offering a warm and friendly local service, the store provides high-quality cards, newspapers and food to the village’s residents, while also operating as an off-licence.
Benefitting from an excellent reputation and loyal customer base, the store forms an essential part of the local community.
The new owner has successfully run a similar business for over ten years and plans to acquire the attached Post Office in the future.
They immediately appealed to our clients, who required a friendly and amiable buyer as they would be sharing the shop floor going forwards.
Commenting on the sale, the Buyer stated: “Kings Business were really helpful throughout the process, but especially when chasing solicitors when issues arose. I would definitely recommend Stephen and would use Kings again.”
Stephen Croft facilitated the sale and was happy to get the deal over the line for both parties.
Stephen said: “I was so pleased for our clients and the buyer to finally complete on this sale.
"Despite many hurdles along the way requiring my input, the brilliant relationship forged between our clients and the new owners established from day one meant that everyone remained focused on working out a solution.
"Our experience and knowledge helped keep both parties committed to the sale whenever matters came to a head.”
