A SERIOUS collision has been reported this morning (Friday, October 4) on the A38 junction with the A361 at Walford Cross near Taunton.
Avon and Somerset Police has confirmed that emergency services are at the scene.
A spokesperson said: "The A38 is closed in both directions at its junction with the A361 at Walford Cross following a serious collision.
"Emergency services are at the scene. The road is expected to be closed for some times and we'd advise motorists to seek alternative routes."
A large presence of emergency services personnel has been reported.
