A BAR in Taunton has announced that it will be hosting a unique brewing experience this month.

Joined by Disruption IS Brewing, who will be travelling down from Camberley to host the event, Taunton's Ninkasi is putting on a meet-the-brewer experience.

Speaking online via Facebook, a representative from the Independent Bar  said: "There will be some great beers to enjoy so come over to Ninkasi 1 Riverside Place within the independent quarter for a great evening."

Recently celebrating Ninkasi's second anniversary since its opening last month, owners Rob Pendleton and his partner Paula Robinson are opening the bar for a ‘meet the brewer’ experience next week on October 11.

Rob said: “We are proud to be a part of the independent quarter and have met some great people from other businesses within it.

“Although it's been a tough year for the industry, we continue to come up with new ideas, beers and events in order to give our patrons the very best experience and the best craft beers and west country gins Taunton has to offer.

"We have monthly events almost every month and we have had great support from some of the best breweries in the UK."
