AMANDA Holden has completed her lengthy 250-mile charity bike ride from Bude, Cornwall to London to raise funds for Global’s Make Some Noise.

The Heart Breakfast presenter passed through Frome, Taunton, and Langport and was met with charitable gifts from local businesses as she took on the challenge, 'Amanda Holden’s Big Ride To Work’.

Over five days, starting Monday, October 7, she clocked up a gruelling eight hours of cycling a day and covered over 250 miles. Amanda made it to Heart Studios in Leicester Square at around 9am this morning.

On Wednesday Amanda was gifted padded cycling shorts by Frome cycling shop Pronto Bikes, and then a "year's supply" of cake by Parson's Bakery.
