Four Taunton-based charities received cheques from Bishop's Lydeard Mill and Rural Life Museum.
Representatives visited the restored building on Saturday, where they met with owners Charlie and Yvonne Back.
Since restoration, the couple have raised more than £210,000 for charity.
The immediate past mayor of Taunton, councillor Nic O’Donnell, presented a share of the museum’s 2024 income to Sure, MacMillan, The Open Door, and the Taunton Committee of Cancer Research UK.
He praised the important work of charities and volunteers, noting that all four helped steward the museum when it was open to the public in summer.
