A SOMERSET restaurant has been given a new food hygiene rating after refreshed UK ratings.
Amchara Health Retreat, a food establishment at Langford Budville Wellington, Somerset was given an increased score after an assessment this year on September 17, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
The restaurant received a rating of 4 out of 5.
Based within the health retreat, the restaurant was given good for Hygienic food handling and Cleanliness and condition of facilities and building.
The restaurant was also given 'Generally satisfactory' for the management of food safety.
Speaking about their establishment on their website, a spokesperson for Amchara Health Retreat said: "Do you want to change your health? Do you want a personalised experience tailored to your needs and goals?
"We are for you if you want to change your physical health, emotional wellbeing or lifestyle in a positive, sustainable way.
"Our motto is ‘Change for Good’. Our approach is a personalised one combining functional medicine and naturopathy.

This new rating means that of Somerset's 1,007 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 843 (84%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
You can find the restaurant within the health retreat just outside of Wellington at Bindon Country House, Wellington, TA21 0RU.
