A BUSINESS in Taunton's Independent Quarter is set to close this week for multiple days.

Situated on the outskirts of the quarter at the courtyard, Alpha Clothing Limited will be shut for multiple days from October 29.

The shop will be officially closed whilst the team celebrates, Andrew Chapman, the managing director's birthday over a few days.

Andrew has been the managing director at Alpha Clothing LTD for over 24 years.

Alpha Taunton LTD is usually open Monday to Saturday, from 10am-4pm.

The independent business is known as a Boutique clothing store, selling men's and ladies' clothing and accessories.

Speaking about the upcoming closure, a spokesperson from Alpha Clothing said: "This week, we will be CLOSED on Tuesday, October 29 and Wednesday, October 30 so that we can have a long weekend away with our family to celebrate Andrew’s birthday.

"The shop will be OPEN again on Thursday, October 31, looking forward to seeing you all soon."
