A new photography exhibition by young talents is now open at The Bishop's Palace.
The competition, which was held in the summer, encouraged young photographers to capture inspiring and unique images of the Palace grounds.
The initiative was the brainchild of local young people completing their Duke of Edinburgh Award at the Palace.
They suggested a photography competition for their peers, with prizes for the most talented.
More than 150 entries were submitted, including from those who attended photography workshops at the Palace, led by professional photographer Freya Steele.
Each winner received a £50 voucher, and the top 20 photographs are now exhibited at the Palace.
These young photographers will also receive their prints at the end of the exhibition.
Siobhan Goodwin, community engagement manager, said: "The Bishop’s Palace is a photographer’s paradise and the young people have captured some inspiring and unique images.
"I would like to thank all those involved in making this exhibition such a success including the Duke of Edinburgh Award volunteers, the six judges, photographer Freya Steele who ran the workshops and St Andrew’s Press who have kindly sponsored the printing of the images."
The exhibition will be open until the last week of November.
