SOMERSET Police are asking for assistance with a search for a missing teenager who has links to Taunton, Somerset.

Yahya, 16, has been missing for over a week now.

The teenager was last spotted in Taunton around 3:15pm on Wednesday, October 30, wearing an orange coat and carrying a black wheeled Puma bag.

Yahya is described as Black, about 5 foot 6 inches tall, and has short black hair.

A spokesperson from the Avon and Somerset Police said: "Can you help find missing Yahya?

"The 16-year-old was last seen at about 3:15pm on Wednesday, October 30 in Taunton.

"Yahya is Black, about 5ft 6ins tall, with short black hair.

"He was last seen wearing an orange coat; black trousers, white trainers, and carrying a large, wheeled black Puma bag.

"He has links in Taunton, although it is believed he may be travelling to Manchester."
