The Bellman family have grown and developed the business over the last 40 years into what we have today - with many staff who have also been working there since the beginning.
In response to this achievement, the managing director of Monkton Elm Mike Lind said: “We are so proud of all our staff who work so hard to deliver quality products and services to our customers, they deserve the recognition this gives us.
He also said: “We are very grateful that we have such loyal and consistent customers who support us.”
Another spokesperson said: “The staff I have spoken to say they are all really proud of this huge achievement.
“We pride ourselves on our passion for plants, our friendly and knowledgeable staff and our great customers.”
