St Cuthbert's Church will be hosting its annual Crib Festival.
From Friday, December 13 to Sunday, December 15, the church will be filled with more than 200 nativity sets from around the world, including life-sized and walnut-shell-sized examples.
Many of these sets have been generously loaned by people in the community.
The festival will feature a range of displays, including those created by local businesses using their trade tools, which proved popular last year.
Visitors can enjoy seasonal refreshments, including mulled wine, and the chance to win a Christmas raffle.
Proceeds will support the work of St Cuthbert's Church and a donation will be made to the Disaster Emergency Fund in the Middle East via Christian Aid.
The festival will be open from 10am to 4pm on Friday and Saturday, and 12pm to 4pm on Sunday.
Entry is £2.50, with children free.
