A MINEHEAD man has been fined for breaching a domestic violence protection order.
Stephen Watkins, 38, of Teal Road, admitted the offence when he appeared at Taunton Deane and West Somerset Magistrates’ Court.
The bench heard that Watkins was “found in company with” with a named woman who he had previously been banned from seeing.
The offence took place at his given address on Wednesday, November 13, the court was told.
The accused was ordered to pay a fine of £350 at the rate of £100 a month, starting on December 6.
