A SOMERSET village bus service has been halted due to flooding in two county villages today (November 19).
Public travel via bus in Butleigh and Baltonsborough has been halted due to flooding in Somerset.
Somerset Travel has today confirmed that service 667 will be cancelled.
This is not the first instance of flooding affecting travel today in Somerset, as a select few Somerset roads have closed.

Speaking online, a spokesperson from Travel Somerset confirmed the service will be halted via X (Twitter): "Flooding Road Closure.
"We can confirm today that there will be a service stop to Butleigh and Baltonsborough bus services.
"Due to the flooding in both Somerset Village's, we are unable to serve either.
"Bus 667 service is affected."
