TAUNTON'S Wellington Road was dealing with delays today after a car had crashed near a local car dealership.
Today (Tuesday, November 19) Somerset police were seen talking to a man after the vehicle was pushed to the side of the road.
The crash reportedly happened around 5pm, and involved a white Mini Cooper, which was spotted on the road verge by Wellington Road.
The car was at the side of the road with its hazard lights on - just opposite Venn's Motor Company.
The driver in question was a man who looked to be in his late 40s/early 50s, and had shaved hair/little hair.
At the time of this report, it is unknown if another vehicle or pedestrian was involved in the crash.
The driver looked to be the only one in the vehicle at the time and didn't seem injured when talking to the police officer.
The Avon and Somerset Police have been contacted for a full statement to see if more information can be retrieved.
