Sofas & Stuff, the family-run, West-Sussex-based interiors brand, has officially announced the opening of its latest showroom in Bruton on Friday, November 29, 2024.
Located at 18-20 High Street, in a Grad II listed property in the heart of town, this showroom brings Sofas & Stuff’s collection of handcrafted sofas, chairs, and fabrics to the heart of Somerset’s vibrant, historic town.
The Bruton showroom is designed as an intimate, design-led space, offering a curated selection of sofas, chairs, and home accents tailored to local residents and visitors alike.
The showroom invites customers to explore a wide range of customisation options for their furnishings, from Sofas & Stuff ’s fabric collections - including collaborations with the RHS and V&A - to fabrics sourced from hundreds of fabric houses and artisan designers across the UK.
Visitors can also purchase a selection of handcrafted items in-store, such as lampshades, scatter cushions, and dog beds, all available in exclusive Sofas & Stuff fabrics.

Sofas & Stuff’s 24th location, Bruton joins a network of showrooms across the UK, including nearby locations in Bristol, Stroud, and Salisbury.

Building on the success of Sofas & Stuff ’s Bristol showroom in Clifton, which opened in October 2020, the brand is expanding into Bruton to serve the growing demand for high-quality, bespoke furniture in Somerset’s rural areas.
To celebrate the Bruton showroom’s opening, Sofas & Stuff will host a festive drop-in bauble-making workshop on Thursday, December 5th, from 5.30 to 8.30 pm, during the Bruton Late Night Christmas Shopping event.
Open to the public, this event offers an opportunity for the community to gather, create, and connect in the spirit of the season.
