Riverain Lodge in Taunton is celebrating after Churchill Living won a national award.
For the second year in a row, the company snagged the Gold Award in the ‘Best Retirement Home Developer’ category at the WhatHouse? Awards 2024.
These awards are highly regarded in the UK house-building industry.
The event took place on November 15 at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London and was attended by more than 1,300 industry professionals.
The category for which Churchill Living was recognised looks at the best developers serving the later living sector, considering factors like overall commitment and contribution to the promotion and enhancement of retirement housing.
Spencer J McCarthy, chairman and CEO of Churchill, said: "I'm incredibly proud to achieve this accolade for a second year running, which underlines the strength of our business, the quality of our product and the positive change we strive for on behalf of our sector.
"Awards like this would not be possible without our fantastic team of people around the country, so I’d like to thank everyone across the Churchill Group for the hard work that goes in throughout the year to help achieve this success."
Riverain Lodge consists of stylish and energy-efficient one and two-bedroom retirement apartments, providing a blend of independence, security, and companionship in the heart of Taunton.
