SOMERSET is full of picturesque towns and villages but which is the prettiest village of them all? In a list of the prettiest villages around the UK, Somerset's "prettiest village" has been revealed.

In a list created by Love Exploring, travel experts have highlighted villages from every county in the UK, looking at different communities, skylines, and picturesque settings.

The "well-travelled" team has excluded the city of London from their list but has included the remaining 47 ceremonial counties.

Dunster in Somerset was revealed as Somerset's prettiest village in the county according to Love Exploring.
