A Wellington man has admitted breaching a court order on three occasions.
Taunton and West Somerset Magistrates’ Court heard that Ashleigh Dodden, 26, of Gillian Allen Court, in Priory, failed to comply with a planned home visit on September 23 and failed to attend planned office appointments on October 4 and 11.
He gave no acceptable reason for his absences within the required timescale.
That was in breach of a community order made by the same court on August 22 this year.
Magistrates ruled that the order should continue and fined Dodden £40, which he must pay by the end of this year.
