Torquay United will hope to extend their winning run to three games this Saturday when Macclesfield visit Plainmoor.
Head coach Leroy Rosenior has little to worry about injury-wise, though goalkeeper Arjan van Heusden is still doubtful after missing the last two matches with a back-spasm problem, so it is likely that Kevin Dearden will continue in his place. Also, Jason Fowler didn't train for a full session on Thursday, so a decision on his fitness will have to be made before the team sheets are handed in.
It will be interesting to see if Rosenior opts to stick with his Jo Kuffour and Martin Gritton attacking option - as he did last week when David Graham was again available after his one-match suspension.
Jo Kuffour was on top form at Lincoln during the 3-1 win - setting up two and scoring the third - but Graham was influential when he came on as a second-half substitute, and his back heel to set up Kuffour's 89th minute strike was sublime.
Might that mean that Gritton will be sitting on the bench this time around?
United drew 1-1 with Macclesfield at their Moss Rose ground earlier in the season, but the Silkmen men have gone through many changes since then - not least a managerial one.
A full report of the match will feature in this Sunday's Devon Independent, as will a feature on the future of youth football at the club.
Get it this Sunday!
