CHILDREN at a feeder primary school have spoken out against the possible closure of Haygrove to make way for a super school in Bridgwater.
Charlotte Vearncombe wrote to the Mercury on behalf of her friends in year six at Otterhampton School.
The 11-year-old says the youngsters in her class are all against the scheme, which would see successful Haygrove School in Durleigh Road closed.
Haygrove has again outperformed its neighbouring schools in the latest Government league tables.
