PHASE two of the Chelston Business Park near Wellington is proving a huge success before a single business has even moved in.
Developers Summerfield are delighted that 27 of the 33 units have been reserved based on the plans alone, with the first buildings expected to be complete and available for occupation in the spring.
And development surveyor James Young said the original plans for the site are being adapted to include a dozen extra starter units.
Demand for the smaller spaces outstripped provision and there is already a waiting list of businesses eager to be based at the popular site.
