Cornwall College, Camborne, is offering the first specialist woodmachining course in the county following the unveiling of new equipment.
Until the college's department for the built environment acquired the specialist equipment worth £160,000, those wishing to learn woodmachining had to travel to Plymouth or Exeter. Now some 35 students are signed up to the woodmachining programme.
