Yeovil-BASED Liverpool fan, Justin McDonald, probably spoke for all of the local Anfield supporters when he said that he was relieved that Gerard Houllier's men pulled through - eventually!
"It was probably the most uncomfortable game of football I've ever watched," he said. "I watched it in a Yeovil pub and I was obviously out-numbered by Glovers fans and even though it was all good-natured banter I did get thrown out twice during the match!"
But Justin said: "At the end of the game I did say 'thank goodness that's over' because Yeovil had me worried at times."
He had told the Yeovil Express just after the Third Round draw was made that Liverpool coming to face the Glovers was his 'worst nightmare' and that he would have to leave town if his beloved Reds lost the match.
