A fun-filled evening guaranteed to brighten a bleak January is promised by the Meneage Arts Players, who are staging a production of Aladdin later this month in Helston.
Paul Blaber is directing a talented cast including Amanda Jury in the title role, Gary Hunt as Widow Twanky and Jonathan Geer as the fierce baddie Abanazer. A traditional pantomime, the show is complete with colourful costumes and sets, plenty of audience participation and several spectacular chases involving a chimpanzee and the local constabulary!
Aladdin is at the Epworth Hall from Wednesday, January 21 to Saturday, January 24, with daily evening performances and a matinee on the Saturday.
Tickets are available from Heathercraft in Coinagehall Street, or on the door, but early booking is advisable.
