FAMILY kart racing team Titan Motorsport have emerged clear winners in a national championship despite stiff opposition from much bigger rivals.
The Holditch based campaigners won six races on their way to the MSA British Endurance Kart Racing Championship in 2003.
They were pipped to the post a year before by big budget rivals ZLK, who are backed by two major kart manufacturers.
But extra race preparation and Titan's measured approach to the long distance races meant the team had the title wrapped up with a race to spare.
