Exeter Chiefs beat local rivals Penzance/Newlyn 26-12 at the County Ground on Saturday.
Four first-half tries gave the Chiefs the kind of dominating lead that their National Division One rivals were never likely to come back from.
Meanwhile, National Division Three South side Launceston travelled to North Norfolk and beat North Walsham 14-8 and they are now in second place in their division on the same points - 22 - with top-dogs Blackheath.
Redruth beat Westcombe Park 28-9 in their Divison Three South match.
