Exeter came from behind to beat Farnborough 2-1 at the weekend, and captain fantastic Glenn Cronin was the man on hand to put away the winner in the 76th minute.
It was Farnborough's ex-League stiker - Peterborough and Birmingham - Howard Forington, that open the game's account, putting his side into a 29 minute lead.
But City were able to equalise through Sean Devine - his first goal in five games - shortly after half time.
Exeter are in sixth in the Conference table, a point above Morecambe and two below Shrewsbury.
