PEOPLE in Torbay will have their say on whether there should be another council tax rise to pay for more police officers.
The Devon and Cornwall police authority is hoping to expand the force by 70 officers a year up to 2007, but says it needs more cash to do so.
This year the police authority's share of council tax rose by 39 per cent, boosting the policing element of a band D property's bill to £100.
