DANISH player Tommy Schram was set to arrive in England yesterday (Oct 7) to begin a one month loan spell with Yeovil Town.
The tall player had been at Huish Park for a trial in the summer, but decided to play in Iceland until their domestic season finished in September.
But Yeovil manager Gary Johnson said he was pleased that Schram was now on his way to Somerset.
"He will be with us for at least the next month," he said. "Tommy is a bit of a utility player and we can have a good look at each other over the next month.
"Obviously we have Adam Lockwood suspended for the matches with Dagenham and Redbridge (Oct 13) and Queen's Park Rangers (Oct 16) so we needed to have some contingency."
Johnson added that Schram was capable of playing full-back or centre-back to give him some options.
