THE accident and emergency department at Taunton's Musgrove Park Hospital has won its second accolade in a matter of days.
After being named the best in the country for June, it has now come out of a nationwide survey with flying colours.
The Healthcare Commission concluded that Musgrove A&E was easily ahead of the national average in a series of criteria.
