SOMERSET County Council is mounting a campgain to get the Government to rethink proposals to cut the grant it gives the county to support vulnerable people.
The authority is worried it could lose around £10million a year towards services such as supporting the homeless, vulnerable young and elderly people with learning difficulties.
It is now asking Somerset's MPs to back their campaign.
