The continued closure of the fairground car park in Helston has prompted members of the Helston and District Lions Club to postpone their annual duck races and fete.
The event had been due to take place at the Penrose Amenity Area on Sunday, but the lack of available parking has led the club to consider another venue.
The popular races, which are being held this year in aid of Macmillan Cancer Relief, are now likely to take place at Poldark Mine, near Helston, on Sunday, September 18.
