A COUNCILLOR has this week been expelled by Taunton Deane Council's ruling Conservatives.
Ian Morrell, who represents Bishop's Hull, was kicked out of his group for not being a "team player".
Mr Morrell, 27, who was suspended for six months by the Tories last year, plans to appeal and claims he is being punished for putting his constituents before party politics.
