PORLOCK Arts Festival is a myriad of events capturing the essence of the village set in the heart of Exmoor.
Covering four days, the event running from September 8-11, will play host to many local artists and performers.
There will be the chance to have afternoon tea with 21st century heroines, Naomi Cudmore, Margaret Drabble, Nell Dunn and the Frigid Women.
Indulge in the delights of a multimedia extravaganza, enjoy the Travellers Theatre Group or sample the magic of a smugglers walk with storytelling.
Creative youngsters can also get involved with an animation workshop ensuring the festival has something for everyone.
