TEMPERS have flared in Rockwell Green after a resident put on a short fireworks display at 10pm on a Friday night.
The row has broken out over the amount of noise considered acceptable at night in the Dobree Park area, following complaints by several residents in the area who felt the display was held too late, disturbing many people from their sleep and scaring animals.
However, others have hit out at the complaints saying that the display was neither offensive nor intrusive.
