SOME 60 houses could be built on Clanville Road car park, Minehead, if plans submitted by housing company Barratt Homes are accepted.
The plans include units ranging from one-bedroom apartments to three-bedroom town houses, with a mix of one-and-a-half, two and two-and-a-half storey buildings around a landscaped square.
Private parking is planned, as well as a 40-space public car park.
