MENTAL health provision in Chard could soon be cut off, the News has been told.
Somerset Partnership NHS Trust, which operates the county's mental health services, this week denied it plans to end in-patient provision at Bracken House Residential after the News was contacted by a worker who said staff had been warned of an impending temporary closure.
