THE family of an Ilminster man who committed suicide are angry that information on the danger of prescription drugs has taken so long to emerge.
Back in May, the News reported that an inquest into the death of deputy headteacher Stephen Leggett, 53, concluded he took his own life while the balance of his mind was disturbed.
Mr Leggett had visited his GP because he was depressed and was prescribed one of the SSRI groups of drugs Citalopram. He killed himself just five days after beginning the course of pills.
