A Wellington industrial estate will rapidly expand over the winter after planning permission was given for five new work units to be built.
Work is due to start shortly on Rylands Farm industrial estate, which is owned by Rockwell green resident David Hunt, on a new building to provide five new office/work units for local businesses.
Mr Hunt says he already has significant interest in the units, and is glad that the industrial estate is thriving and providing opportunities for businesses in the area.
