DOZENS of fish have been killed after mindless vandals poured five litres of industrial washing up liquid into the fountain in Wellington Park last week.
Thankfully, park keeper Mark Norman was quick to respond to the incident, which happened on Friday, and turned off the water pump so the fountain water would not be transferred into the park's main pond and destroy even more wildlife.
