Wellington'S management team of Paul West and Ian Jackson believe the side must improve on their sluggish first half displays if they are to challenge the top sides in Division One of the Toolstation League.
The Tangerines have fallen behind in all three of their league matches this season and only fought back to win one -- 2-1 at Cadbury Heath last weekend.
"All three first half displays have been disappointing," said assistant manager Jackson.
"We can't put our finger on what is wrong because the players always seemed fired up before the start."
Wellington are without a match this Saturday but travel to play Street in the league on Tuesday (7.30pm).
