A CHRONIC alcoholic and troublemaker has been given four months to stay off the booze by Truro magistrates or face being made the subject of Helston's first anti-social behaviour order.
A decision on a Crown Prosecution Service application for an ASBO against 47-year-old Rosemary Christine Williams, formerly of Oliver's Terrace, Helston, and now living in Penrose Park, Porthleven, was adjourned by Truro magistrates for four months.
The adjournment was linked with a four month deferred sentence imposed for three drunk and disorderly offences and failing to provide a specimen for analysis and possession of cannabis to which she pleaded guilty.
