Lightning strikes have delayed publication of the Somerset County Gazette this week.
Electrical storms in Dorset caused power cuts which affected the press centre in Weymouth where the paper is printed.
As a result, the paper was delayed and every effort is being made to get it into the shops as quickly as possible.
