TRANSPORT Police have described an attack on a train passing through Rockwell Green as mindless, reckless and vicious.
At around 7pm last Thursday, someone threw an object at the train as it sped past Rockwell Green on its way from Penzance to Swansea.
The object smashed the glass of both windscreens to the train, showering the driver.
Luckily, he was not injured in the attack, but he had to stop the train to ensure there was no further damage that could make the train unsafe to move.
